RETURN POLICY

We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than receiving a defective or incorrect item. If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please email us at shopginghamgoose@gmail.com. 

If a replacement item is available, the item will be reissued in lieu of a refund or store credit. Additionally, a prepaid return shipping label will also be sent for the defective or incorrect item. Failure to return the defective or incorrect item to The Gingham Goose within five business days of receipt of new item will result in removal from our ordering system.

If a replacement is not available, a partial/full refund or store credit will be issues at the discretion of The Gingham Goose. A prepaid return shipping label will be sent for the defective/incorrect item. Failure to return the defective or incorrect item to The Gingham Goose within five business days of receipt of return shipping label will result in forfeit of refund or store credit. 

 

All sale items are final sale and ineligible for return or refund.
